CXLD6402A可调和固定电压三个终端SCSI调节器1A输出电流输入电压35V输出短路保护

CXLD6402A系列可调和固定电压调节器设计用于提供1A输出电流，并在2.3V输入输出差分下运行。输入电压可达到+35V最大值。它具有很好的输出短路保护功能。在相同的应用条件下，CXLD6402A可以输出比普通LDO更大的电流。片上微调将参考电压调整到2%的精度范围内。电流限制也被削减，使在过载条件下调节器和电源电路的应力最小化

一.产品概述

   The CXLD6402A series of adjustable and fixed voltage regulators are designed to provide 1A output current and to operate down to 2.3V input-to-output differential. The input volage can up to +35V maximum. It has very good output short protect function than normal others LDO. And CXLD6402A can output larger current than normal LDO when same application condition. On-chip trimming adjusts the reference voltage to within 2% accuray. Current limit is also trimmed, minimizing the stress under overload conditions on both the regulator and power source circuitry. The CXLD6402A devices are pin compatible with other three-terminal SCSI regulators and are offered in the low profile surface mount SOT-223 package
