CE功能调节器的输出降低功耗CXLD6452高精度低噪声LDO调压器输出限流器输出电压2.5V～18V

CXLD6452系列是高精度、低噪声、LDO调压器。片上微调可将参考/输出电压调整到±2%的精度范围内。内部保护功能包括输出电流限制、安全工作区补偿和热关机。限流器的反馈电路还可作为输出限流器和输出引脚的短路保护。CE功能可以关闭调节器的输出，从而大大降低功耗

一.产品概述

---

  The CXLD6452 series are highly accurate, low noise, LDO Voltage Regulators .On chip trimming adjusts the reference/output voltage to within ±2% accuracy. Internal protection features consist of output current limiting, safe operating area compensation, and thermal shutdown. The current limiter’s feedback circuit also operates as a short protect for the output current limiter and the output pin. The CE function allows the output of regulator to be turned off, resulting in greatly reduced power consumption. The CXLD6452 series can operate with up to 18V input.
