CXLD6465系列是一组正电压输出,功耗低,
低压差,三端稳压器。可提供200mA输出电流
当输入/输出电压差降至420mV(Vout=3.3V)时
提供折叠短路保护和输出电流限制功能。这个
极低功耗的CXLD6465(Iq=2.0uA)可以大大提高
电池的自然寿命。

一,产品概述(General Description)

     CXLD6465 series is a group of positive voltage output, low power consumption, 

low dropout voltage, three terminal regulator. It can provide 200mA output current

when input / output voltage differential drops to 420mV ( Vout=3.3V), And it also 

provides foldback short-circuit protection and output current limit function. The 

very low power consumption of CXLD6465(Iq=2.0uA)can greatly improve 

natural life of batteries.

   CXLD6465 can provide output value in the range of 1.1V~5.0V in 0.1V steps. It also

can customized on command.CXLD6465 includes high accuracy voltage reference,

error amplifier, current limit circuit and output driver module.

    CXLD6465 has well load transient response and good temperature characteristic, And

it uses trimming technique to guarantee output voltage accuracy within±2%.
