CXLD64193H系列是高精度, 低功耗, LDO正电压调整器,采用CMOS工艺和激光微调技术制造。这个系列由一个高精度参考电压源, 一个误差校正电路和一个带限流的输出组成。通过CE功能,关断输出可进入待机状态。在待机模式可大大减小功率损耗。The CXLD64193H series are highly precise, low power consumption, positive voltage regulators, manufactured using CMOS and laser trimming technologies. The series consists of a high precision voltage reference, an error correction circuit, and an output driver with current limitation. By way of the CE function, with output turned off, the series enters standby. In the stand-by mode, power consumption is greatly reduced. SOT-25 (150mW), SOT-89-5 (500mW) and USP-6B (120mW) packages are available.
