CXLD64282系列低功耗、低噪声、低功耗、CMOS线性稳压器的工作电压范围为2.5V至5.5V。它们是低电压、低功耗应用的完美选择。低接地电流使这一部分对电池供电系统有吸引力。CXLD64282系列还提供超低电压降，以延长便携式电子设备的电池寿命。需要安静电压源的系统（如射频应用）将受益于CXLD64282系列的超低输出噪声（30μVRMS）和高PSRR。外部噪声旁路电容器连接到设备的BP引脚可以进一步降低噪声水平。

The CXLD64282 series low-power, low-noise, low-dropout, CMOS linear voltage regulators operate from a 2.5V to 5.5V input voltage. They are the perfect choice for low voltage, low power applications. A low ground current makes this part attractive for battery operated power systems. The CXLD64282 series also offer ultra low dropout voltage to prolong battery life in portable electronics. Systems requiring a quiet voltage source, such as RF applications, will benefit from the CXLD64282 series’ ultra low output noise (30μV_RMS) and high PSRR. An external noise bypass capacitor connected to the device’s BP pin can further reduce the noise level.

Other features include a 10nA logic- controlled shutdown mode, foldback current limit and thermal shut-down protection.

TheCXLD64282 is available in Green SOT-23-5 and SC70-5 packages. It operates over anambient temperature range of -40℃ to +85℃.
