CXLD64289系列低功耗、低功耗、CMOS线性稳压器可在1.6V至5.5V的输入电压下工作，输出电流可达300毫安。它们是低电压、低功耗应用的完美选择。低接地电流使这一部分对电池供电系统有吸引力。CXLD64289系列还提供低电压降，以延长便携式电子设备的电池寿命。需要安静电压源的系统（如射频应用）将受益于CXLD64289系列的低输出噪声和高PSRR。

The CXLD64289 series low-power, low-dropout, CMOS linear voltage regulators operate from a 1.6V to 5.5V input voltage and deliver up to 300mA output current. They are the perfect choice for low voltage, low power applications. A low ground current makes this part attractive for battery operated power systems. The CXLD64289 series also offer low dropout voltage to prolong battery life in portable electronics. Systems requiring a quiet voltage source, such as RF applications, will benefit from the CXLD64289 series’ low output noise and high PSRR.

Other features include a 10nA logic-controlled shutdown mode, short current limit and thermal shutdown protection.

The CXLD64289 has auto-discharge function to quickly discharge V_OUT in the disable status.

The CXLD64289 is available in Green UTDFN-1×1-4L, SOT-23-5 and SC70-5 packages. It operates over an ambient temperature range of -40℃ to +85℃.
