CXLB7387X系列是高度集成的单电池手提式锂离子/聚合物电池充电器设备。CXLB7387X集成了内部功率FET,电流传感器、充电状态和反向电流保护在单个单片设备中。当使用交流适配器时,外部电阻设置电荷的大小电流,可编程至1A。CXLB7387X对蓄电池进行三相充电:调节、恒定电流和恒定电压。根据最小电流终止充电。一个内部充电计时器提供备用充电安全终止。CXLB7387X自动重新启动如果蓄电池电压低于内部电压,则充电门槛。CXLB7387X也会自动进入睡眠状态移除直流电源时的模式。没有外感充电需要电阻器或阻塞二极管。

The CXLB7387X series are highly integrated single cell

Li-Ion/Polymer battery charger IC designed for handheld

devices. The CXLB7387X integrates internal power FET,

current sensor, charge status and reverse current protection

in a single monolithic devices.When AC-adapter is applied,

an external resistor sets the magnitude of the charge

current, which may be programmed up to 1A.

The CXLB7387X charges the battery in three phases:

conditioning, constant current, and constant voltage.

Charge is terminated based on minimum current. An

internal charge timer provides a backup safety for charge

termination. The CXLB7387X automatically re-starts the

charge if the battery voltage falls below an internal

threshold. The CXLB7387X also automatically enters sleep

mode when DC supplies are removed. No external sense

resistor or blocking diode is required for charging.
