CXHA3127向霍尔效应传感器集成电路采用混合信号CMOS工艺,采用先进的斩波稳定技术,提供精确稳定的磁开关点。
该电路设计为霍尔元件和模拟信号处理电路提供了一种内部控制的时钟机制。这是为了将电路的高电流消耗部分置于“睡眠”模式中。通过这个内部逻辑,设备周期性地被“唤醒”,并且根据预定义的阈值来评估霍尔元件的磁通强度。如果f lux密度高于或低于Bop/Brp阈值,则驱动输出晶体管相应地改变状态。当处于“休眠”周期时,输出晶体管锁定在其先前状态。在电池供电系统中,该设计已针对需要延长工作寿命的应用进行了优化。
CXHA3127的输出晶体管将锁定(Bop)在足够强的南或北m磁场朝向封装标记侧的情况下。在没有磁场的情况下,输出将被锁定(Brp)。

一,产品概述(General Description)   

      The CXHA3127 Omnipolar Hall effect sensor IC is fabricated from mixed signal CMOS technology .It incorporates advan ced chopper-stabilization techniques to provide accurate and stable magnetic switch points.
      The circuit design provides an inte rnally controlled clocking m echanism to cycle power to the Hall element and analog signal processing circuits. This serves to place the h igh current-consuming portions of the circu it into a “Sleep” m ode.Periodically the device is “A wakened” by this internal logic and the magnetic f lux from the Hall elem ent is evaluated against the predefined thresholds. If the f lux density is above or below the Bop/Brp thresholds then the output transistor is driven to change s tates accordingly. While in the “Sleep” cy cle the outpu t transistor is latched in its prev ious state. The design has been optim ized for service in applications requiring extended operating lifetime in battery powered systems.
    The output transistor of the CXHA3127 will be latched on (Bop) in the pre sence of a sufficiently strong South or North m agnetic field facing the m arked side of the package. The output will be latched off (Brp) in the absence of a magnetic field.

七,功能概述

       Eastera's pole-independent sensing technique allows for operation with either a north pole or south pole magnet orientation,enhancing the manufacturability of the device. The state-of-the-art technology
provides the same output polarity for either pole face
    It is strongly recommended that an external bypass capacitor be connected (in close proximity to the Hall sensor) between the supply and ground of the device to reduce both external noise and noise
generated by the chopper-stabilization technique. This is especially true due to the relatively high impedance of battery supplies.
