The CXHA3174 is a low-power precision analog output CMOS temperature sensor. The output voltage of CXHA3174 is proportion to temperature. The voltage to temperature ratio is about -11.6mV/°C. The CXHA3174 can operate over a range of -55°C to +130°C with a power supply voltage of +2.5V to +5.5V. The transfer function of CXHA3174 is almost linear, and the accuracy is ±1.5°C at +30°C. The quiescent current of CXHA3174 is about 18μA, so that the self-heating effects can be ignored. Because of the wide supply voltage range, the operating temperature range varies with the voltage supply. The CXHA3174 can be used over a range of -55°C to +130°C with a supply voltage of 2.5V to 5.5V. For lower supply voltage of 2.0V, the CXHA3174 can be used over a temperature range of 0°C to +130°C.
