    CXSD62503 is a high-efficiency 1 MHz synchronous step-down DC/DC regulator capable of delivering up to 5A output current. CXSD62503 operates over a wide input voltage range from 2.7V to 5.5V and integrates the main switch and the synchronous switch with very low RDS(ON) to minimize the conduction losses.pZh嘉泰姆

 Low output voltage ripple and small external inductor and capacitor sizes are achieved with 1MHz switching frequency.pZh嘉泰姆
