摘要:CXSU63212是一款紧凑、高效、同步升压转换器,集成了用于单电池锂离子/聚合物电池的功率mosfet。该变换器在无开关时仅消耗100uA的静态电流。当电流负载较轻时,该变换器进入突发模式以获得高效率。当电流负载足够大时,进入定频PWM模式。采用峰值电流模式,内部补偿快速暂态响应。该变换器具有逐周限流和短路保护电路

The CXSU63212 is a compact, high-efficiency, synchronous step-up converter with power MOSFETs integrated for a single-cell Li-ion/polymer battery. This converter consumes only 100uA quiescent current when no switching. When current load is light, this converter enters burst mode to obtain high efficiency. When current load is heavy enough, it enters fixed-frequency PWM mode. It adopts peak current mode for fast transient response with internal compensation. This converter contains cycle-by-cycle current limiting and short protection circuit. It is suitable for iPad-like computers, smart phones and portable handheld devices. The device is packed in PSOP8 package.
