摘要:CXLD6475双、低噪音、低损耗调节器至少300毫安的连续输出电流。输出电压 因为每个调节器都是通过微调独立设置的。输出电压可在1.2V范围内以100mV 步进选择至3.5V。典型输出噪声为47uVrms,PSRR为73dB100赫兹。CXLD6475 包括两个独立的逻辑-受控关闭输入,并允许每个独立转动调节器。 CXLD6475包括高精度电压基准、误差放大器、限流电路和输出驱动模块CXLD6475 具有良好的负载和线路瞬态响应保证芯片稳定性的温度特性以及电力系统。并采用 修边技术保证输出电压精度在±2%以内

       CXLD6475 dual, low-noise, low-dropout regulator delivers 7MJ嘉泰姆

at least 300mA of continuous output current. The output voltage7MJ嘉泰姆

 for each regulator is set independently by trimming. Output 7MJ嘉泰姆

voltages are selectable in 100mV steps within a range of 1.2V7MJ嘉泰姆

 to 3.5V.Typical output noise is 47uVrms, and PSRR is 73dB at 7MJ嘉泰姆

100Hz. The CXLD6475 includes two independent logic-7MJ嘉泰姆

controlled shutdown inputs and allows the output of each 7MJ嘉泰姆

regulator to be turned of independently.7MJ嘉泰姆

     CXLD6475 includes high accuracy voltage reference, error7MJ嘉泰姆

 amplifier, current limit circuit and output driver module CXLD64757MJ嘉泰姆

has excellent load and line transient response  and  good  7MJ嘉泰姆

 temperature characteristics, which can assure the stability of chip7MJ嘉泰姆

 and power system. And it uses trimming technique to guarantee 7MJ嘉泰姆
