The CXSD62453 series is a low supply current, high PSRR, low noise, and low dropout linear regulator making them ideal for battery applications. It is available in TO-252, SOT-223 packages. The supply current at no-load is 45μA. An over-temperature protection circuit is built-in in the Device to prevent thermal overload. And the CXSD62453 is equipped with a short-circuit current fold-back protection circuit to prevent from failure. The CXSD62453 is stable with an output capacitance of 4.7μF or greater
