         CXSD62514 CXSD62514A CXSD62514B CXSD62514C CXSD62514D CXSD62514E CXSD62514F is a 3MHz, 0.6A synchronous step-down converters which integrates an inductor and a control IC in one tiny package (2.0mm×1.5mm, H=1.0mm). It can operate over a wide input voltage range from 2.5V to 5.5V and integrate main switch and synchronous switch with very low R_{DS (ON)} to minimize the conduction loss.
