     CXSD62603A是一种宽输入范围,高效率和高频直流降压开关稳压器,能够提供高达2A的输出电流。采用固定开关频率的500Khz ,采用内部补偿,外围器件少。CXSD62603A采用专有的控制方案。内置轻载高效,在小负载的状态下,保持较高的效率,从而应用非常广泛。CXSD62603A是消费类产品,便携式产品,工业类产品的应用理想解决方案。CXSD62603A采用SOT23-6封装CXSD62603A is a wide input range, high-efficiency and high frequency DC-to-DC step-down switching regulator, capable of delivering up to 2A of output current. With a fixed switching frequency of 500KHz, this current mode PWM controlled converter allows the use of small external components, such as ceramic input and output caps, as well as small inductors. CXSD62603A also employs a proprietary control scheme that switches the device into a power save mode during light load, thereby extending the range of high efficiency operation. An OVP function protects the IC itself and its downstream system against input voltage surges. With this OVP function, the IC can stand off input voltage as high as 19V, making it an ideal solution for industrial applications such as LCD TV, Set Top Box, Portable TV, etc. CXSD62603A is available in SOT23-6 package.
