一,产品概述(General Description)      

   The CXSD6123B is a high-efficiency, DC-to-DC step-downEeK嘉泰姆

 switching regulators, capable of delivering up to 1.2A of EeK嘉泰姆

output current. The device operates from an input voltageEeK嘉泰姆

 range of 2.6V to 7.0V and provides an output  voltage fromEeK嘉泰姆

 0.6V to VIN, making the CXSD6123B ideal for low voltage EeK嘉泰姆

power conversions.Running at a fixed frequency of 1.5MHzEeK嘉泰姆

 allows the use of small external components, such as EeK嘉泰姆

ceramic input and output caps, as well as small inductors,EeK嘉泰姆

while still providing low output ripples. This low noise output EeK嘉泰姆

along with its excellent efficiency achieved by the internal EeK嘉泰姆

synchronous rectifier,making CXSD6123B an ideal green replacement for EeK嘉泰姆

large power consuming linear regulators. Internal soft-start EeK嘉泰姆

control circuitry reduces inrush current.Short-circuit  and EeK嘉泰姆

thermal-overload improves design reliability.CXSD6123B is EeK嘉泰姆

housed in a SOT23-5 PackageEeK嘉泰姆
