目录7.相关产品 产品概述 返回TOP The CXSD62507 is a high-efficiency 1 MHz synchronous step-down DC/DC regulator, current mode control IC capable of delivering up to 5A output current. The CXSD62507 operates over a wide input voltage range from 3V to 5.5V. It integrates main switch and synchronous switch with very low RDS(ON) to minimize the conduction loss. High integrated solution and DFN2x2-8 package perform the optimized BOM cost and reduce external component part count.
