摘要:CXLD6474双、低噪声、低损耗调节器,提供高达每个通道的输出电流为300毫安。每台的输出电压调节器通过微调独立设置。电压可选择在1.2V到3.3V的范围内以50mV的步进从2V开始工作至6V输入。CXLD6474包括两个独立的逻辑控制关闭输入并允许每个调节器的输出转动 独立关闭。当两个输出同时关闭时芯片将关闭并消耗几乎为零的工作电流适用于电池电源设备。

     The CXLD6474 dual, low noise, low-dropout regulator supplying up tovJ6嘉泰姆

 300mA output current at each channel. The output voltage for each vJ6嘉泰姆

regulator is set independently by trimming. Voltages are selectablevJ6嘉泰姆

in 50mV steps within a range of 1.2V to 3.3V by operating from a 2V vJ6嘉泰姆

to 6V input. The CXLD6474includes two independent logic-controlled vJ6嘉泰姆

shutdown inputs and allows the output of each regulator to be turned vJ6嘉泰姆

off independently. When both outputs shutdown simultaneously, the vJ6嘉泰姆

chip will be turn off and consumes nearly zero operation current whichvJ6嘉泰姆

 is suitable for battery-power devices.vJ6嘉泰姆

    The CXLD6474 includes high accuracy voltage reference, error vJ6嘉泰姆

amplifier, current limit circuit and output driver module.The CXLD6474vJ6嘉泰姆

 has excellent load and line transient response and good temperaturevJ6嘉泰姆

 characteristics,which can assure the stability of chip and power vJ6嘉泰姆

system.And It uses trimming technique to guarantee output voltage vJ6嘉泰姆

accuracy within ±1% or ±2%. The CXLD6474 is available in SOT-23-6 andvJ6嘉泰姆

ESOP-8 package which is Lead(Pb)-free vJ6嘉泰姆
