目录7.相关产品 产品概述 返回TOP The CXLD64126 is a low-power and low dropout linear regulators which operates from 2.9V to 6V input voltage and delivers up to 600mA output current. Typical dropout voltage is only 220mV (typical) at 600mAoutput. TheCXLD64126 regulators with low 140mA quiescent current are ideal for battery-powered system appliances. The CXLD64126 regulators are stable with a 2.2mF ceramic capacitor. The features of current-limit, short-circuit current-limit, and overtemperature protections can prevent the device against currnet overload and over-temperature.
