   The CXLD64224 CXLD64224A is a low dropout, positive linear regulator with very low quiescent current.D5b嘉泰姆
The CXLD64224 CXLD64224A can supply 300mA output current with low dropout voltage at about 250mV.D5b嘉泰姆
The BP pin with a 10nF bypass capacitor can help reduce the output noise level. The shutdownD5b嘉泰姆
function can provide remote control for the external signal to decide the on/off state of CXLD64224 CXLD64224A.  D5b嘉泰姆
With a logic high level at SHDN pin, the device is in the on state, and vice versa. The CXLD64224 CXLD64224AD5b嘉泰姆
regulator is able to operate with output capacitors as small as 1 μ F for stability. Other than the D5b嘉泰姆
current limit protection, CXLD64224 CXLD64224A also offers the on chip thermal shutdown feature providingD5b嘉泰姆
protection against overload or any condition when the ambient temperature exceeds theD5b嘉泰姆
maximum junction temperature. The CXLD64224 CXLD64224A offers high precision output voltage ofD5b嘉泰姆
+2%. It is available in fixed output voltages including 1.2V, 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V, 2.8V, 3.0V,D5b嘉泰姆
3.1V, 3.3V, 3.6V, 4.5V and 5.0V. The CXLD64224 CXLD64224A is housed in low-profile, space-savingD5b嘉泰姆
