一,产品概述(General Description)      SkE嘉泰姆

The CXSD6129 is a high-efficiency, DC-to-DC step-down switching regulators, capable of delivering up to 3A of outputSkE嘉泰姆

current. The device operates from an input voltage range of 2.5V to 5.5V and provides an output voltage greater than 0.6V,SkE嘉泰姆

making the CXSD6129 ideal for low voltage power conversions.Running at a frequency of 1.4MHz allows the use of SkE嘉泰姆

small external components, such as ceramic input and output caps,as well as small inductors, while still providing lowSkE嘉泰姆

 output ripples. The light-load mode enhances the light loading efficiency. The low noise output along with its excellent SkE嘉泰姆

efficiency achieved by the internal synchronous rectifier, making CXSD6129 an ideal green replacement for large power SkE嘉泰姆

consuming linear regulators. Internal soft-start control circuitry reduces inrush current. Short-circuit and thermal-overloadSkE嘉泰姆

 protection improves design reliability.SkE嘉泰姆

The CXSD6129 is available in ESOP8 package.SkE嘉泰姆
