CXLD6480 series is a group of positive voltage output, low power gjI嘉泰姆

consumption, low dropout voltage regulator. CXLD6480 can providegjI嘉泰姆

output value in the range of 1.0V~4.5V every 0.1V step. It also gjI嘉泰姆

can be customized on command. CXLD6480 can also work under a gjI嘉泰姆

wide input voltage ranging from 2.0V to 6V. CXLD6480 includes high gjI嘉泰姆

accuracy voltage reference, error amplifier, current limit circuit gjI嘉泰姆

and output driver module. CXLD6480 has excellent load and line gjI嘉泰姆

transient response and good temperature characteristics, which gjI嘉泰姆

can assure the stability of chip and power system. And it uses gjI嘉泰姆

trimming technique to guarantee output voltage accuracy withingjI嘉泰姆

±2%. CXLD6480 is available in SOT-23-3, SOT-23-5, SC-70-5 and gjI嘉泰姆

DFN1x1-4 packages which is lead free.gjI嘉泰姆
