CXLD6474双、低噪声、低损耗调节器,提供高达每个通道的输出电流为300毫安。每台的输出电压调节器通过微调独立设置。电压可选择在1.2V到3.3V的范围内以50mV的步进从2V开始工作至6V输入。CXLD6474包括两个独立的逻辑控制关闭输入并允许每个调节器的输出转动
独立关闭。当两个输出同时关闭时芯片将关闭并消耗几乎为零的工作电流适用于电池电源设备。

一,产品概述(General Description)

     The CXLD6474 dual, low noise, low-dropout regulator supplying up to

 300mA output current at each channel. The output voltage for each 

regulator is set independently by trimming. Voltages are selectable

in 50mV steps within a range of 1.2V to 3.3V by operating from a 2V 

to 6V input. The CXLD6474includes two independent logic-controlled 

shutdown inputs and allows the output of each regulator to be turned 

off independently. When both outputs shutdown simultaneously, the 

chip will be turn off and consumes nearly zero operation current which

 is suitable for battery-power devices.

    The CXLD6474 includes high accuracy voltage reference, error 

amplifier, current limit circuit and output driver module.The CXLD6474

 has excellent load and line transient response and good temperature

 characteristics,which can assure the stability of chip and power 

system.And It uses trimming technique to guarantee output voltage 

accuracy within ±1% or ±2%. The CXLD6474 is available in SOT-23-6 and

ESOP-8 package which is Lead(Pb)-free
