CXLD64318 CXLD64319系列是一款采用CMOS和激光微调技术制造的高精度、低功耗、3端正电压调节器。该系列提供大电流和显著小的电压降。CXLD64318 CXLD64319由限流器电路、驱动晶体管、精密参考电压和纠错电路组成。该系列与低ESR陶瓷电容器兼容。电流限制器的折回电路用作短路保护以及输出引脚的输出电流限制器。输出电压是内部激光微调技术。它可以在1.2V到5.0V的范围内以0.1V的增量进行选择

    CXLD64318 CXLD64319 series are a highly precise, lower consumption, 3 terminal, positive voltage regulators manufactured using CMOS and laser trimming technologies. The series provides large currents with a significantly small dropout voltage. The CXLD64318 CXLD64319 consists of a current limiter circuit, a driver transistor, a precision reference voltage and an error correction circuit. The series is compatible with low ESR ceramic capacitors. The current limiter’s fold back circuit operates as a short circuit protection as well as the output current limiter for the output pin. Output voltages are internally by laser trimming technologies. It is selectable in 0.1V increments within a range of 1.2V to 5.0V. CXLD64318 CXLD64319 series are available in SOT-23 and SOT-89 packages
