CXAC8507A CXAC8507B集成了一个PWM控制器和600V或650V的高压功率MOSFET，当交流电源高于220Vac时，CXAC8507A/B具有很低的待机功率（<100mW）。以及18W范围内经济高效的离线反激变换器应用。CXAC8507A/B提供完整的保护范围，具有自动自恢复功能，包括逐周限流（OCP）、CS短路保护、过载保护（OLP）、VDD欠压锁定（UVLO）和闩锁功能，包括过温保护（OTP）、过电压（固定或可调）保护（OVP）。在图腾磁极栅极驱动输出端采用频率混叠技术和软开关控制，可获得优异的电磁干扰性能。在设计中，将低于20KHz的音频能量降至最低，并在操作过程中消除音频噪声。

CXAC8507A/B integrates a PWM controller and high voltage power MOSFET of 600V or 650V. CXAC8507A/B has the features of very low standby power (<100mW) when AC power above 220Vac. and cost effective offline flyback converter applications in 18W range. CXAC8507A/B offers complete protection coverage with automatic self-recovery feature including Cycle-by-Cycle current limiting (OCP), CS short protection, over load protection (OLP), and VDD under voltage lockout (UVLO) and latch feature including over temperature protection (OTP), over voltage (fixed or adjustable) protection(OVP). Excellent EMI performance is achieved with frequency shuffling technique together with soft switching control at the totem pole gate drive output. Tone energy at below 20KHz is minimized in the design and audio noise is eliminated during operation.
