The CXMD32119 provides a dual bridge motor driver solution for toys, printers, and other mechatronic applications. The device has two H-bridge drivers, and can drive two DC brush motors, a bipolar stepper motor, solenoids, or other inductive loads.The output driver block of each H-bridge consists of N-channel power MOSFET’s configured as an H-bridge to drive the motor windings. Each H-bridge includes circuitry to regulate or limit the winding current. Internal shutdown functions with a fault output pin are provided for over current protection, short circuit protection, under voltage lockout and overtemperature.

产品概述
CXMD32119为玩具、打印机和其它电机一体化应用提供一种双通道电机驱动方案。CXMD32119有两路H桥驱动，可以驱动两路刷式直流电机，或者一个双极步进电机，或者螺线管或者其它感性负载。每一个桥的功率输出模块由N通道功率MOSFET组成，叫作H桥驱动器。每个桥包含整流电路和限流电路。内部关断功能包含过流保护，短路保护，欠压锁定保护和过温保护，并提供一个错误输出管脚。CXMD32119提供两种封装，一种是带有裸露焊盘的TSSOP-16封装，能有效改善散热性能，且是无铅产品，引脚框采用100％无锡电镀。另一种封装为SOP16，不带裸露焊盘。
The CXMD32119 provides a dual bridge motor driver solution for toys, printers, and other mechatronic applications. The device has two H-bridge drivers, and can drive two DC brush motors, a bipolar stepper motor, solenoids, or other inductive loads.The output driver block of each H-bridge consists of N-channel power MOSFET’s configured as an H-bridge to drive the motor windings. A low-power sleep mode is also provided. The CXMD32119 is packaged in TSSOP16 with PowerPAD™，and QFN16 with PAD. Another package is SOP16.
