CXPR7887A产品是锂离子/聚合物电池保护的高集成度解决方案。CXPR7887A包含先进的功率MOSFET、高精度的电压检测电路和延迟电路。CXPR7887A被放入一个超小型SOT2 3-5封装中,只有一个外部组件使其成为电池组有限空间的理想解决方案。
CXPR7887A具有电池应用所需的所有保护功能,包括过充、过放电、过电流和负载短路保护等。准确的过充检测电压确保安全和充分利用充电。低待机电流在储存期间从电池中排出少量电流。该装置不仅针对数字蜂窝电话,也针对任何其他需要长期电池寿命的锂离子和锂聚电池供电的信息设备充电器反接保护

    The CXPR7887A product is a high integration solution for lithiumion/ polymer battery protection.CXPR7887A contains advanced power MOSFET, high-accuracy voltage detection circuits and delay circuits.CXPR7887A is put into an ultra-small SOT23-5 package and only one external component makes it an ideal solution in limited space of battery pack.30s嘉泰姆

    CXPR7887A has all the protection functions required in the battery application including overcharging, overdischarging, overcurrent and load short circuiting protection etc. The accurate overcharging detection voltage ensures safe and full utilization charging.The low standby current drains little current from the cell while in storage.The device is not only targeted for digital cellular phones, but also for any other Li-Ion and Li-Poly battery-powered information appliances requiring longterm battery life.  30s嘉泰姆
