CXPR9NA5V是一种双向电视(瞬态电压抑制器)。它专门设计用于保护连接到低速数据线和控制线的敏感电子元件免受ESD(静电放电)、EFT(电快速瞬变)和雷电引起的过应力。
根据IEC61000-4-2,CXPR9NA5V可用于提供高达±30kV(接触和空气放电)的ESD保护,并根据IEC61000-4-5承受高达6A(8/20μs)的峰值脉冲电流。

一.产品概述Vuh嘉泰姆


       The CXPR9NA5V is a bi-directional TVS (Transient Voltage Suppressor). It is specifically designed to protect sensitive electronic components which are connected to low speed data lines and control lines from over-stress caused by ESD (Electrostatic Discharge), EFT (Electrical Fast Transients) and Lightning. Vuh嘉泰姆

       The CXPR9NA5V may be used to provide ESD protection up to ±30kV (contact and air discharge) according to IEC61000-4-2, and withstand peak pulse current up to 6A (8/20μs) according to IEC61000-4-5. Vuh嘉泰姆

       The CXPR9NA5V is available in DFN1006-3L package. Standard products are Pb-free and Halogen-free.  Vuh嘉泰姆
