CXLB7386是一个完整的恒流/恒流单电池锂离子电池用电压线性充电器。它的ThinSOT包和低外部组件计数使CXLB7386非常适合便携式应用程序。此外,CXLB7386专门设计用于

The CXLB7386 is a complete constant-current/constant-tfT嘉泰姆

voltage linear charger for single cell lithium-ion batteries.tfT嘉泰姆

Its ThinSOT package and low external component counttfT嘉泰姆

make the CXLB7386 ideally suited for portable applications.tfT嘉泰姆

Furthermore, the CXLB7386 is specifically designed totfT嘉泰姆

work within USB power specifications.tfT嘉泰姆

No external sense resistor is needed, and no blockingtfT嘉泰姆

diode is required due to the internal MOSFET architecture.tfT嘉泰姆

Thermal feedback regulates the charge current to limit thetfT嘉泰姆

die temperature during high power operation or hightfT嘉泰姆

ambient temperature. The charge voltage is fixed at 4.2V,tfT嘉泰姆

and the charge current can be programmed externally withtfT嘉泰姆

a single resistor. The CXLB7386 automatically terminatestfT嘉泰姆

the charge cycle when the charge current drops to 1/10thtfT嘉泰姆

the programmed value after the final float voltage istfT嘉泰姆

reached.tfT嘉泰姆

When the input supply (wall adapter or USB supply) istfT嘉泰姆

removed, the CXLB7386 automatically enters a low currenttfT嘉泰姆

state, dropping the battery drain current to less than 2μA.tfT嘉泰姆

The CXLB7386 can be put into shutdown mode, reducingtfT嘉泰姆

the supply current to 25μA.tfT嘉泰姆
