CXUS7720 CXUS7721系列电源开关专为USB应用而设计。70mW N沟道MOSFET功率开关满足USB规范的压降要求,具有限流保护、短路保护、过温保护等功能。该装置将输出电流限制在电流极限阈值水平。当电压降到低于VIN-1V时,这些设备将电流限制在一个较低且安全的水平。在短路或过载情况下,超温保护将结温限制在140oC以下。其他功能包括一个脱胶的OCB输出来指示故障状态和一个使能输入来启用或禁用设备

The CXUS7720/1 series of power switches are designed for USB applications. The 70mW N-channel MOSFET power switch satisfies the voltage drop requirements of USB specification.The protection features include current-limit protection, short-circuit protection, and over-temperature protection. The device limits the output current at current limit threshold level. When VOUT drops below VIN-1V, the devices limit the current to a lower and safe level. The over-temperature protection limits the junction temperature below 140oC in case of short circuit or over load conditions. Other features include a deglitched OCB output to indicate the fault condition and an enable input to enable or disable the device
