一.产品概述
CXSD6219 CXSD6219B是一款非常通用的工作电压达18V,输出电流达2/2.5A,
能量转换效率达95%的高压同步降压转换器。脚位和外围应用与通用的MPS1482完
全相同。同时在MPS1482的基础上,增加了轻载高效功能,和输入OVP,使得
CXSD6219 CXSD6219B待机功耗从10mA量级降到了1mA,同时可以耐受高达
30V的高压脉冲。CXSD6219 CXSD6219B采用SOP8封装,可输出2A电流。而
CXSD6219 CXSD6219BB采用ESOP8封装,可输出2.5A电流。
The CXSD6219 CXSD6219B is a wide input range, high-efficiency,
DC-to-DC step-down switching regulator, capable of delivering up to
2.5A of output current. Current mode PWM control allows the use of
small external components, such as ceramic input and output caps,
as well as small inductors, while still providing low output ripples.
On top of the integrated internal synchronous rectifier that eliminates
external Schottky diode, CXSD6219 CXSD6219B also employs a
proprietary control scheme that switches the device into a power
save mode during light load, thereby extending the range of high
efficiency operation. Therefore, CXSD6219 CXSD6219B is a much
superior solution in comparison to other competitions in terms of
efficiency and cost. Cycle-by-cycle current limit provides output
short-circuit protection and an input OVP function guards CXSD6219
CXSD6219B against possible input voltage surge. Overall,
CXSD6219 CXSD6219B is a highlyefficient and robust solution
for DC-DC step-down applications that requires wide input ranges.
