CXSD62282是一款采用电流模脉宽调制（PWM）架构的降压型DC-DC变换器，可以提供高达3A的负载电流，具有很好的线性和负载调整率。CXSD62282可以在宽输入电压范围4.5V～30V内稳定工作，通过外部电阻调节可容易实现0.8V~12V的输出电压。CXSD62282具有周期性的峰值电流限制和过温等保护机制，以确保芯片工作的安全性。芯片在关断模式下的静态电流可低至1μA以下。可调节的软启动功能可以很好的抑制浪涌电流和输出电压的过冲。CXSD62282可以通过少数量的标准外围器件实现变换器功能，有效的节省了设计空间。CXSD62282采用SOP-8封装，工作温度范围为-40°C到+85°C。The CXSD62282 is current mode, step-down switching regulator capable of driving 3A continuous load with excellent line and load regulation. The CXSD62282 can operate with an input voltage range from 4.5V to 30V and the output can be externally set from 0.8V to 12V with a resistor divider. Fault condition protection includes cycle-by-cycle current limiting and thermal shutdown. In shutdown mode the regulator draws 1μA of supply current. Programmable soft-start minimizes the inrush supply current and the output overshoot at initial startup. The CXSD62282 require a minimum number of external components.
