The CXSD62400 CXSD62401 is a high performance positive voltage regulator designed for use in applications requiring very low dropout voltage at up to 1 Amps. The CXSD62400 CXSD62401 provides excellent regulation over variations in line, load and temperature. CXSD62400 CXSD62401 is stable with minimum 4.7μF MLCC (X5R) output capacitor. The CXSD62400 CXSD62401is available with 1.8V, 2.5V and 3.3V internally preset outputs.
