CXLE8105是一个升压型DC-DC转换器，专门设计用于驱动恒流白光LED。该设备可支持2至5个白光LED背光和相机闪烁。这种高效的调节器和内部补偿网络可将5个外部元件的数量减至最少。优化后的工作频率能满足LC滤波器值小、工作电流小、效率高的要求。误差放大器的非逆变输入端与0.25V的精密参考电压相连，内部软启动功能可降低励磁涌流。

一.产品概述

---

            The CXLE8105 is a Boost DC-DC converter specifically designed to drive white light LEDs with constant current. The device can support 2 to 5 white light LEDs for backlighting and camera flashing. This high efficient regulator and internal compensation network minimizes as 5 external component counts. Optimized operation frequency can meet the requirement of small LC filters value and low operation current with high efficiency. The non-inverting input of error amplifier connects to a 0.25V precision reference voltage and internal soft-start function can reduce the inrush current.
      The CXLE8105 is available in the TSOT23-6L package and provides space-saving PCB for diverse application fields
