The CXLE81113 CXLE81114 is current mode DC/DC controller that drives up to 12 strings connected in parallel configuration with multiple LEDs in each string connected in series. External current sense resistor and slope compensation resistor make it flexible for various applications. PWM dimming is implemented with external PWM input signal or DC input signal. The dimming frequency can be programmed by an external setting capacitor. The CXLE81113/4 includes hiccup protection from short circuits, with automatic recovery after the fault condition is cleared. The CXLE81113/4 is available in a SOP-28, TSSOP-28 (FD) and TQFN5X5-28 package.
