CXLE8142具有一个额定电压为40伏的集成功率开关MOSFET，是一个升压转换器，可串联驱动多达10个白色LED。CXLE8142工作在600kHz固定开关频率，以减少输出纹波，提高转换效率，并允许使用小型外部组件。
默认满标度白色LED电流由外部传感器电阻设置，反馈电压可调为200毫伏，如典型应用所示。在工作过程中，LED电流可以通过EN引脚通过1线数字接口进行控制。或者，也可以在EN引脚上施加脉冲宽度调制（PWM）信号，通过该信号，PWM占空比确定反馈参考电压，然后确定白色LED电流。在1线数字或脉宽调制模式下，CXLE8142不会使LED电流爆裂；因此，它不会在陶瓷输出电容器上产生可听的噪音。为了最大限度地保护，该器件具有集成的开放式LED保护，禁用CXL8142，以防止输出电压超过绝对的最大额定值在开放的LED条件。
CXLE8142有一个节省PCB空间的DFN 2毫米x 2毫米-6L封装，带有底部热垫。标准产品无铅无卤。

一.产品概述

---

   With a 40-V rated integrated power switch MOSFET, the CXLE8142 is a boost converter that drives up to 10 White LEDs in series. The CXLE8142 operates at 600kHz fixed switching frequency to reduce output ripple, improve conversion efficiency, and allows for the use of small external components. 

     The default Full-Scale White LED current is set by an external sensor resistor with regulated 200mV feedback voltage, as shown in typical application. During operation, the LED current can be controlled using the 1-wire digital interface through EN pin. Alternately, a Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) signal can also be applied on the EN pin, through which the PWM Duty-Cycle determines the feedback reference voltage and then the White LED current. In either 1-Wire digital or PWM mode, the CXLE8142 does not burst the LED current; therefore, it does not generate audible noises on the ceramic output capacitor. For maximum protection, the device features integrated open LED protection that disables the CXLE8142 to prevent the output voltage from exceeding the absolute maximum ratings during open LED conditions. 

    The CXLE8142 is available in a PCB space saving DFN 2mm x 2mm-6L Package with bottom thermal pad. Standard product is Pb-free and Halogen-free.
