GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The CXLC8LT0481 is an 8-bit single chip micro-controller. Its memory capacity includes 80*8 bits SRAM and 2K *13 bits ROM. Other features include timer RTC, timer TCC, 4 groups I/O port. It can also provide the interrupt function and the wakeup function from sleep and idle mode. A programmable sound generator is integrated in  CXLC8LT048. It has touch sensor function and LCD driver function. The LCD driver is capable of driving up to 32 segments and up to 4 commons. The LCD driver supports 1/2 bias, 1/3bias and 1/3 duty, 1/4 duty.

          l Shared segment ports. P1.0 ~ P1.7 /SEG<4>~SEG<11>

          Touch Sensor Module Features

          l 6 touch pads (P4.2~P4.7)

          l Touch sensor can work at main clock or sub clock

          l 16-bit timer TIMER1 with overflow interrupt and wakeup function

          l Touch sensor compare complete interrupt and wakeup function

          l 2.3V output regulator can be turn on or turn off by software. If the customer wants VDD to be the reference, the regulator must be disable and pin Vref must be connected to VDD.        

          Programmabel sound generator

          l the drive current is 80mA.
