CXPR7181产品是锂离子/聚合物的高集成度解决方案电池保护。CXPR7181包含先进的功率mosfet，高精度电压检测电路和延迟电路超小型SOT33-5封装，只有一个外部组件一个理想的解决方案，在有限的电池组空间电池应用所需的保护功能，包括过充电，过放电、过电流、负载短路保护等准确的过充检测电压确保安全充分利用充电。低待机电流从电池中排出少量电流
存储中。该设备不仅面向数字蜂窝电话，而且也适用于任何其他锂离子和锂聚电池供电的信息设备需要长期的电池寿命。

  The CXPR7181 product is a high integration solution for lithiumion/polymer

 battery protection.CXPR7181 contains advanced powerMOSFET, high-accuracy 

 voltage detection circuits and delay circuits.CXPR7181 is put into an 

 ultra-small SOT23-5 package and only one external component makes it 

 an ideal solution in limited space of battery pack.CXPR7181 has all the 

 protection functions required in the battery application including overcharging, 

 overdischarging, overcurrent and load short circuiting protection etc. The 

 accurate overcharging detection voltage ensures safe and full utilization 

 charging.The low standby current drains little current from the cell while 

 in storage.The device is not only targeted for digital cellular phones, but

 also for any other Li-Ion and Li-Poly battery-powered information appliances

 requiring longterm battery life.
