CXDC65115CXDC65116系列是一种同步降压微型DC/DC转换器，它集成了感应器和一个控制IC在一个小包装内（2.5mm×3.2mm，h=1.0 mm）。内部线圈简化了电路使电路布线引起的噪音和其他操作故障最小化。宽工作电压2.7V到5.5V的范围支持需要内部固定输出电压（0.8V到3.6V）的应用。CXDC65115/CXDC65116系列使用工作频率为3.0兆赫的同步整流。CXDC65115/CXDC65116系列采用HiSAT COT（*）同步整流。HiSAT COT+PWM控制（CXDC65115）或HiSAT COT+自动可选择脉宽调制/功率因数调制开关控制CXDC65116）。该系列具有高达0.3毫秒的高速软启动典型用于快速开启。内置UVLO（欠压锁定）功能，内部P通道驱动器当输入电压变为2.0V或更低时，晶体管被强制关闭。当CE=低时，集成CL放电使输出电容器CL处的电荷通过内部放电放电的功能开关位于LX和VSS引脚之间。功耗小于1.0μA

一,产品概述(General Description)      
   The CXDC65115/CXDC65116 series is a synchronous step-down micro DC/DC converter which integrates an
inductor and a control IC in one tiny package (2.5mm×3.2mm, h=1.0mm). An internal coil simplifies the circuit
and enables minimization of noise and other operational trouble due to the circuit wiring. A wide operating voltage
range of 2.7V to 5.5V enables support for applications that require an internally fixed output voltage (0.8V to 3.6V). The CXDC65115/CXDC65116 series uses synchronous rectification at an operating frequency of 3.0MHz. The CXDC65115/CXDC65116
series uses HiSAT-COT (*) synchronous rectification. HiSAT-COT+PWM control (CXDC65115) or HiSAT-COT+automatic
PWM/PFM switching control (CXDC65116) can be selected.The series have a high speed soft-start as fast as 0.3ms in
typical for quick turn-on. With the built-in UVLO (Under Voltage Lock Out) function, the internal P-channel driver
transistor is forced OFF when input voltage becomes 2.0V or lower. When CE=Low, the integrated CL discharge
function which enables the electric charge at the output capacitor CL to be discharged via the internal discharge
switch located between the LX and VSS pins. The power consumption will be less than 1.0μA.HiSAT-COT is an
original JIATAIMU term for High Speed Transient Response.
