CXLE8162是一个电流模式和固定频率的600kHz升压变换器，带有一个集成的n场效应管来驱动白光LED。串联允许LED电流相同以获得均匀的亮度。它的低场效应管导通电阻和低反馈电压降低了功率损耗并实现了高效率。600kHz恒定开关频率允许使用小尺寸电感以及输入和输出电容器。过电压保护功能通过LXpin监测输出电压，如果LXvoltage超过过电压阈值，则停止IC的开关。内部软启动电路消除了启动过程中的浪涌电流。CXLE8162还集成了欠压锁定和过温保护，以在异常情况下保护IC

The CXLE8162 is a current-mode and fixed frequency 600kHz boost converter with an integratedN-FET to drive white LEDs The series connection allows the LED current to be identical for uniform brightness.Its low on-resistance ofNFET and low feedback voltage reduce power loss and achieve high efficiency. 600kHz Constant switching frequency allows using small-size inductor and both ofinput and output capacitors.An over voltage protection function, which monitors the output voltage via LXpin, stops switching of the IC ifthe LXvoltage exceeds the over voltage threshold. An internal soft-start circuiteliminates the inrush current during start-up. The CXLE8162 also integrates under-voltage lockout and over-temperature protectionto protect the IC in abnormal conditions . The CXLE8162 is avai lable in TDFN2x2-6 package.
