CXPA6V8AV6 CXPA6V8BLF CXPA6V8UW CXPA6V8V3 CXPA6V8V5 CXPA6V8V6阵列是5线ESD瞬态电压抑制器,为可能遭受静电放电(ESD)的敏感电子元件提供非常高的保护级别。这些器件将电压钳制在逻辑电平电源正上方的正瞬变电压,并将负瞬变电压钳制在地底的二极管上。
CXPA6V8AV6CXPA6V8BLF CXPA6V8UW CXPA6V8V3 CXPA6V8V5 CXPA6V8V6安全地耗散了±20kV的ESD脉冲,超过IEC610004-4国际标准的最大要求。该装置采用MILSTD-883(方法3015)人体模型(HBM)ESD规范,为大于±16kV的接触放电提供保护。

    The  CXPA6V8AV6 CXPA6V8BLF CXPA6V8UW CXPA6V8V3 CXPA6V8V5 CXPA6V8V6   array is 5-Line ESD transient voltage suppressor which provides a very high level of protection for sensitive electronic components that may be subjected to electrostatic discharge (ESD). These devices clamp the voltage just above the logic level supply for positive transient, and to a diode drop below ground for negative transients. J9P嘉泰姆

     The  CXPA6V8AV6 CXPA6V8BLF CXPA6V8UW CXPA6V8V3 CXPA6V8V5 CXPA6V8V6   safely dissipates ESD strikes of ±20kV, exceeding the maximum requirement of the IEC 61000-4-2 international standard. Using the MILSTD-883 (Method 3015) specification for Human Body Model (HBM) ESD, the device provides protection for contact discharges to greater than ±16kV. J9P嘉泰姆
