CXAS4228Q CXAS4238M是一款高性能、双单刀双掷（SPTT）模拟开关，在3.0V VCC下具有0.5Ω（典型）的超低Ron。CXAS4228Q 在2.3V至5.5V的宽VCC范围内工作，专为通电前断开而设计。选择输入与TTL级兼容。
CXAS4228Q还配有智能电路，即使控制电压低于VCC电源电压，也能将VCC泄漏电流降至最低。此功能适合移动手机应用，允许直接与基带处理器通用IO接口，耗电量最小。也就是说，在实际应用中不需要额外的设备来改变控制水平，使之与VCC相同。
CXAS4228Q有QFN1418-10L包装。标准产品无铅无卤。

一.产品概述
The CXAS4228Q CXAS4238M is a high performance, dual Single Pole Double Throw (SPDT) analog switch that features ultra-low Ron of 0.5 Ω (typical) at 3.0V VCC. The CXAS4228Q CXAS4238M operates over a wide VCC range of 2.3V to 5.5V and is designed for break-before-make operation. The select input is TTL-level compatible.
CXAS4228Q CXAS4238M is also featured with smart circuitry to minimize VCC leakage current even when the control voltage is lower than VCC supply voltage. This feature suits mobile handset applications by allowing direct interface with baseband processor general-purpose IO with minimal battery consumption. In other word, there is no need of additional device to shift control level to be the same as that of VCC in real application.
The CXAS4228Q CXAS4238M is available in QFN1418-10L package. Standard product is Pb-Free and halogen-Free.
