CXSD62515是一个3MHz,1.2A同步降压转换器,它将一个电感和一个控制IC集成在一个小封装中(2.5mm×2.0 mm,H=1.0 mm)。它可以在2.5V到5.5V的宽输入电压范围内工作,并将主开关和同步开关与极低的RDS(ON)集成,以最大限度地降低传导损耗。

          CXSD62515 is a 3MHz, 1.2A synchronous step-down converter which integrates an inductor and a control IC in one tiny package (2.5mm×2.0mm, H=1.0mm). It can operate over a wide input voltage range from 2.5V to 5.5V and integrate main switch and synchronous switch with very low RDS(ON) to minimize the conduction loss.
