CXCH7601是150KHz固定频率的脉冲宽度调制(降压)DC/DC转换器,能够高效、低功耗地驱动2A负载纹波和良好的线路和负载调节。最低要求外部元件数量多,调节器使用简单包括内部频率补偿和固定频率振荡器。该PWM控制电路能够将占空比从0%线性调整到100%。一个使能功能,一个过电流保护功能内置。内置内部补偿块以最小化外部组件数一数。
