CXCH7606是一个180KHz的固定频率脉冲宽度调制(降压)DC/DC变换器,能高效、低功耗地驱动2.5A负载纹波和良好的线路和负载调节。要求最小数量对于外部组件,调节器使用简单,包括内部组件频率补偿和固定频率振荡器。脉宽调制控制电路能够从0至100%。当短路保护功能,工作频率由180KHz降至48KHz。内部补偿块内置于最小化外部组件计数。

   The CXCH7606 is a 180 KHz fixed frequency PWM buck (step-down)qOU嘉泰姆
DC/DC converter,capable of driving a 2.5A load with high efficiency, lowqOU嘉泰姆
ripple and excellent line and load regulation. Requiring a minimum numberqOU嘉泰姆
of external components, the regulator is simple to use and include internalqOU嘉泰姆
frequency compensation and a fixed-frequency oscillator.qOU嘉泰姆
     The PWM control circuit is able to adjust the duty ratio linearly from qOU嘉泰姆

0 to 100%. An over  current protection function is built inside When qOU嘉泰姆

short protection function happens, the operation frequency will be reduced from 180KHz to 48KHz. An internal compensation block is built in to qOU嘉泰姆
