   The CXSD6123B is a high-efficiency, DC-to-DC step-downb3p嘉泰姆

 switching regulators, capable of delivering up to 1.2A of b3p嘉泰姆

output current. The device operates from an input voltageb3p嘉泰姆

 range of 2.6V to 7.0V and provides an output  voltage fromb3p嘉泰姆

 0.6V to VIN, making the CXSD6123B ideal for low voltage b3p嘉泰姆

power conversions.Running at a fixed frequency of 1.5MHzb3p嘉泰姆

 allows the use of small external components, such as b3p嘉泰姆

ceramic input and output caps, as well as small inductors,b3p嘉泰姆

while still providing low output ripples. This low noise output b3p嘉泰姆

along with its excellent efficiency achieved by the internal b3p嘉泰姆

synchronous rectifier,making CXSD6123B an ideal green replacement for b3p嘉泰姆

large power consuming linear regulators. Internal soft-start b3p嘉泰姆

control circuitry reduces inrush current.Short-circuit  and b3p嘉泰姆

thermal-overload improves design reliability.CXSD6123B is b3p嘉泰姆

housed in a SOT23-5 Packageb3p嘉泰姆
