      The CXSD61039  CXSD61044D are high-efficiency, high frequency synchronous kJ1嘉泰姆

step-down DC-DC regulator ICs capable of delivering up to 1.5A output kJ1嘉泰姆

currents. The CXSD61039 can operate over a wide inpu tvoltage range kJ1嘉泰姆

from 2.3V to 6.0V and integrate main switch and synchronous switch kJ1嘉泰姆

with very low RDS(ON) to minimize the conduction loss.kJ1嘉泰姆

    It is ideal for powering portable equipment that runs from a single cellkJ1嘉泰姆
Lithium-Ion (Li+) battery. The CXSD61039 output voltage can be regulated 
kJ1嘉泰姆

as low as 0.6V. The CXSD61039 CXSD61044D can also run at 100% duty cycle for low dropout operation, extending battery life in portable system. This device offerskJ1嘉泰姆

 two operation modes,PWM control and PFM Mode switching control,which kJ1嘉泰姆

allows a high efficiency over the wider range of the load.kJ1嘉泰姆
       The CXSD61039 CXSD61044D  is off ered in a low profile (1mm)5-pin, thin SOT package, and is available in an adjustable version.
