CXSD61040D run at 100% duty cycle for low dropout operation, extending battery life in portable systems while light load operation

CXSD61040D can supply up to 2A output load current from a 2.3V to 6V input voltage and the output voltage can be regulated as low as 0.6V

一,产品概述(General Description)         HZE嘉泰姆


      The CXSD61040D is a 1.5MHz constant frequency,current mode HZE嘉泰姆

step-down converter. It is ideal for portable equipment requiring very HZE嘉泰姆

high current up to 2A from single-cell Lithium-ion batteries while still HZE嘉泰姆

achieving over 90% efficiency during peak load conditions. The HZE嘉泰姆

CXSD61040D also can run at 100% duty cycle for low dropout operation, extending battery life in portable systems while light load operation HZE嘉泰姆

provides very low output ripple for noise sensitive applications. The HZE嘉泰姆

CXSD61040D can supply up to 2A output load current from a 2.3V to 6V input voltage and the output voltage can be regulated as low as 0.6V. HZE嘉泰姆

The high switching frequency minimizes the size of external componentsHZE嘉泰姆

 while keeping switching losses low. The internal slope compensationHZE嘉泰姆

 setting allows the device to operatewith smaller inductor values to HZE嘉泰姆

optimize size and provide efficient operation. The device is available inHZE嘉泰姆

 a Pb-free, 3x3mm 10-lead DFN package and is rated over the -40°C HZE嘉泰姆

to +85°C temperature range.This device offers two operation modes,HZE嘉泰姆
PWM control and PFM Mode switching control, which allows a high 
HZE嘉泰姆

efficiency over the wider range of the load.HZE嘉泰姆
