CXLE8141是一个恒流、高效率的LED驱动器。内部MOSFET可以驱动多达10个串联的白光led和带有38V OVP的10S4P/8S5P led。电感电流峰值限值大于1.5A。对于LED调光,可以对EN引脚施加脉冲宽度调制(PWM)信号。该器件工作在优化的600khz固定开关频率,以减少输出纹波,提高转换效率,并允许使用小型外部元件。

一.产品概述
The CXLE8141 is a constant current, high efficiency LED driver. Internal MOSFET can drive up to 10 white LEDs in series and 10S4P / 8S5P LEDs with 38V OVP. Peak inductor current limit is larger than 1.5A. For LED dimming, a Pulse-Width-Modulation (PWM) signal can be applied to the EN pin. The device operates at optimized 600k Hz fixed switching frequency to reduce output ripple, improve conversion efficiency, and allows use small external components.
The CXLE8141 is available in SOT-23-6L package. Standard product is Pb-free and Halogen-free.
