CXLE8159是一个电流模式和固定频率升压转换器,集成N-FET驱动多达6个串联白光LED。串联允许LED电流相同,亮度均匀。它的低导通电阻和反馈电压降低了功率损耗,实现了高效率。快速的1MHz电流模式的脉宽调制操作可用于输入和输出电容器和一个小电感,同时最小化输入电源上的纹波。OVP引脚监测输出电压,如果超过过电压阈值,则停止切换。内部软启动电路消除启动过程中的浪涌电流。CXLE8159还集成了欠压锁定、过温保护和电流限制电路。

The CXLE8159 is a current-mode and fixed frequency boost converter with an integrated N-FET to drive up to 6 white LEDs in series.The series connection allows the LED current to be identical for uniform brightness. Its low on-resistance of NFET and feedback voltage reduces power loss and achieves high efficiency. Fast 1MHz current-mode PWM operation is available for input and output capacitors and a small inductor while minimizing ripple on the input supply. The OVP pin monitors the output voltage and stops switching if exceeds the over-voltage threshold. An internal soft-start circuit eliminates the inrush current during start-up. The CXLE8159 also integrates under-voltage lockout, over-temperature protection and current limit circuits. The CXLE8159 is available in SOT-23-6 and TSOT-23-6 packages
